REPRODIVAC - Next-generation vaccines and diagnostics to prevent livestock reproductive diseases of worldwide impact
News
Reprodivac scientist Laura del Río from UMU has participated as a lecturer in a series of seminars held in various cities across Spain. These sessions were focused on veterinary practitioners working with small ruminants, providing an excellent opportunity to address key challenges in disease prevention—particularly the complex issue of enzootic abortion caused by Chlamydia abortus.
The REPRODIVAC project was proudly presented at the XXX Congress of the Spanish Society for Microbiology (SEM), held recently in Jaén, Spain. This national scientific event brought together leading researchers in Microbiology from across Spain to share advances, foster collaboration, and highlight emerging talent in the field.
We are pleased to announce that Carlotta Cruciani graduated with honours in ‘Biotechnology and Genomics for Industry and the Environment’ at Sapienza University (Roma) presenting a thesis on plant production of recombinant Brucella suis antigens for diagnostic and vaccination purposes
