5th National & 2nd International Sheep-Goat Health and Management Congress

The 5th National & 2nd International Sheep-Goat Health and Management Congress, organized by the Farm Animal Veterinary Medicine Association (FAVMA) has been held in Marmaris, Turkey on the 23-30 April 2023. The main topics covered by the Congress were related to breeding, feeding and diseases of sheep and goats. During the satellite symposium sponsored by the HIPRA group, Dr. Laura del Rio of the Microbial Pathogenesis group of UMU (University of Murcia), REPRODIVAC partner, with the support of Pablo N. Ulibarri (HIPRA) gave an oral presentation entitled “Chlamydia abortions in sheep and goats: The most costly nightmare of sheep and goat owners. What are the new prevention strategies?
